Treasurer’s Newsletter

      February 2004

 Bringing in the New Year, we started off with our System Council Meeting. As you know we have 4 Delegates, Rian McMahon, Brad Baldwin, Lou Ferrante and Joe Brennan. Our next S.C. U. 4 meeting will be held in July. These meetings are very important as this is our contract year. There are some new rules that affect me, your Treasurer and some other locals depending on the amount of members they have. I now have to file our Unemployment Taxes on line, and also our LM2 annual report because our receipts are over $200,000 a year.

 Our annual picnic will be held in May, at Okeeheelee Park at the Micanopy pavilion, further details will be announced later.

 Hope to see you at our next union meeting which is held on the 4^th Tuesday of every month.
